Conditions:

   1. Puppy/Dog is guaranteed to be in good health at the time of sale.

   2. We guarantee that the above described puppy is purebred with AKC registered parents.

   3. We make no guarantee that your puppy is show quality.

   4. Breeder cannot guarantee adult size, conformation or color.

   5. Buyer shall assume full responsibility for the health, temperament, and                                  appearance of the above described dog upon possession.

   6. Under no circumstances is the breeder/seller held responsible for any medical services.

   7. Buyer further agrees to maintain the dog at all times in good health with periodic                     check-ups and recommended immunizations at buyer’s expense.

   8. We will have a full health examination done by a licenced veterinarian on all puppies               that will be shipped. The buyer is responsible for all shipping expenses.

   9. Buyer should have animal checked by his/her veterinarian within 72 hours of purchase.            If animal is found to have any life threatening problems at the time of examination, and            our  vet confirms this, a replacement will be made after animal is returned at the                     buyer’s expense along with a written statement from veterinarian.

  10. All deposits are nonrefundable.
